   What to bring

  • Dress for the day.

  • T-shirt, shorts and old tennis shoes work best for this trip, in the water and on the bikes.  Swim suites are not recommended because they do not provide enough protection for the days activities.

  • Shoes are required on your feet at all times, in the water and while riding the mountain bikes.  River sandals and aqua socks are not recommended!  Most common injury is to the big toe!!

  • Camera & Video OK- A professional photographer will be available at waterfall sites in July and August.  He knows all the best angles and will have you covered when you're all wet.

  • Bring your own helmet, it fits best. Or you will be subjected to the ugly helmet line.

  • Towels are usually not needed, we air dry.

  • Bring sun block as needed-forest canopy in most areas.

  • Water-You will need a 1.5 liter bottle on hot days per adult, 1 liter on cool days.  2 water bottle cages on adult Mt. bikes. Water bottles for sale at shop.

  • Remember you must carry all your own paraphernalia. Travel light, you'll have more fun!
